Hi Glenn!Martin has filed your drawings with the East Hampton DOB. It should be about 4 weeks until we get a permit. In the meantime I am going to schedule meetings with contractors over at the house next week to go over the project and get them started on bidding. I will leave a set of drawings for you at the house. At this time, if you have any additonal info for me, ie plumbing fixtures, appliances etc. let me know so I can include it in the contractor package.Thanks!NA

The Project at 1 Fort Pond Boulevard Begins...

I'm taking the plunge. It's finally time to begin renovation work on my little shack in The Springs. Once I learn how to use this blogsite better, I'll start adding before/after pics and diagrams. More to follow...
